If something is not right when it arrives, tell us.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a few photos. After checking, we will resend or refund.
Want to return something
Unopened items that can be resold can be returned.
International return shipping is expensive, so we will suggest what makes sense, and you may not need to send it back.
Late parcel
If it is more than a week past the estimate, contact us. We will trace it, and resend or refund if it cannot be found.
