Shipping and delivery times

Shipping is already in the price. Only small orders pay a separate handling fee.

How shipping is worked out

Each item’s price already includes its own shipping and tax, so heavier things cost a little more and lighter things a little less.

The subtotal in your cart is simply the sum of those final prices.

Times, thresholds and fees are assumptions and will be updated once the carrier quotes are final.

Every international parcel has a fixed handling cost. Orders over the free-handling threshold pay nothing.

Orders below the threshold pay a handling fee, shown in the table above.

Items with batteries, liquids and sprays, cosmetics, children’s products and magnets are not sold here.
Bamboo, wood, rattan and grass items are not sent to New Zealand or Australia (biosecurity).
Product pages and cards say “Not shipped to” where an item cannot go, and you cannot order it for that country.
